Job Description

  • Executives will be responsible for interacting with Business customers and generating leads and appointments.
  • B2B domestic calling at the Ashaallied.com's State of the Art & modern Response Cell in Jaipur
  • Executives will be responsible for generating leads & appointments in the B2B segment, Corporate & Business Customers and High Net worth individuals through telesales & providing effective Customer Service.
  • Executives will also be responsible providing Customer information to the clientele and ensuring all client queries are answered and any concerns taken care of.
  • The telesales executives will also be responsible for taking care of the clients as Key Account Managers through a loyalty program.
  • They would also be responsible to inform the management in case there are any escalations or client complaints and the issues are resolved.
  • Updating the immediate supervisor in case of any challenges and providing end of day status report and any cases that need immediate attention.
  • The telesales & Marketing Executives need to be happy people and fun loving A 7-day working week is the offering.
  • Reporting and Maintenance of the In house CRM and Sales Modules.
